  1. After sputtering, evaluate a sample with the cross cut tape peeling and adhesion test, using the 1-mm cross cut method.
  2. After Cu adhesion evaluation, immerse a sample in a 5wt% NaOH solution heated at 40℃ for 5 minutes, and then evaluate it with the tape peeling and adhesion test.
  3. After Cu adhesion evaluation, immerse a sample in boiling water for 24 hours, and then evaluate it using the tape peeling and adhesion test.
